- 2 oz (56 g) dark chocolate (60–70%), chopped
- ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp (16 g) all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
